The recognition is based on satisfaction scores from the Activated Insights Experience Management Program.
Criteria for a Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider:
- Possess a minimum of 10% of North American member offices actively participating in the Activated Insights Experience Management Program and maintaining their active status
- 60% of those offices must qualify for Best of Home Care awards during the previous calendar year
- To be considered a national provider, the organization must have a minimum of 50 active locations in North America
