HomeWell Care Services Agencies Win Best of Home Care Awards for 2025

Burkburnett, TX – January 30, 2025 – HomeWell Care Services agencies across the country have been recognized with the 2025 Best of Home Care® awards from Activated Insights—one of the most prestigious honors in the home care industry. These awards highlight the top-performing home care providers nationwide for their commitment to client satisfaction, employee experience, and professional excellence.
This year marks a historic milestone for HomeWell, with 47 agencies receiving recognition, a 123 percent increase from the 21 agencies recognized in 2024. Notably, 32 agencies earned the Provider of Choice award, reflecting a 60 percent increase from last year, while the Leader in Experience category more than doubled, with seven agencies receiving this prestigious honor compared to just three in 2024. The Leader in Experience award is one of the highest distinctions given by Activated Insights, recognizing agencies that rank among the top 10 percent of home care providers nationwide based on client and caregiver satisfaction across multiple quality metrics.
Along with these two categories, HomeWell agencies were recognized across all award categories, reflecting the franchise’s continued dedication to enhancing personalized care services and strengthening caregiver support.
Celebrating the Highest Honors
Among this year’s winners, HomeWell Care Services in Stafford, Texas (Fort Bend), stands out after securing the 65th spot on the prestigious Top 100 Leader in Experience list, the highest honor given by Activated Insights. This distinction, according to Activated Insights, places the location among the top 100 home care providers in North America for both client and caregiver experience.
Additionally, HomeWell of Sarasota, FL, received the Leader in Training Award, acknowledging its commitment to caregiver education and continuous learning. This award highlights Sarasota’s dedication to ensuring caregivers receive ongoing training and professional development, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for clients.
