We are dedicated to bringing vital public health information and resources to the communities and partners we serve.
Our passion for caring for others extends beyond our in-home care services. Our HomeWell Cares™ Community Education Initiative provides educational events and support materials on a variety of health, wellness, and safety issues that often afflict our senior population and other adults with health challenges—as well as the impact felt by their family members. We offer this support in a variety of ways:
Community education
We’re proud to extend our community outreach services to local seniors, families, facilities and other partners to present our educational series on a variety of topics such as stroke awareness, senior isolation and depression, heart health, fall prevention, and senior financial fraud awareness.
Our Front Porch blog
An extension of our education initiative, HomeWell’s Front Porch blog hits on relatable topics that are common challenges for seniors, their family members and other health conditions within our community.
