About the presenter
Michelle Cone is a seasoned industry leader with over 25 years of experience in the post-acute care space, specializing in operations, strategy, compliance, and business development. Since joining HomeWell Care Services in 2016, she has held several leadership roles and now serves as Senior Vice President of Industry Engagement. In this capacity, Michelle leads efforts to elevate HomeWell’s presence in non-medical home care, foster strategic partnerships, and advance the company’s influence across the care continuum.
A licensed Home Health Administrator, Michelle has worked with top healthcare facilities and home care agencies across the country, including leadership roles in both skilled and behavioral nursing care. She has also been instrumental in developing HomeWell’s Signature Programs™, helping franchise owners address the evolving needs of today’s clients through specialized training and support.
Michelle attended West Texas A&M University, where she studied business and marketing. She currently resides in North Texas with her husband, son, stepdaughter, and three rescue pets.
