Donna oversees our caregivers, builds care plans that actually fit the family, and keeps us tight on every line of North Carolina’s home care licensing regulations. She brings nearly two decades of clinical leadership to this role. Donna could be using her experience anywhere but she chose to use it here. Patti Crouch, RN, BSN, brings decades of nursing experience and heartfelt compassion to HomeWell. As our Care Manager, she partners with clients, families, and caregivers to create personalized care plans that promote safety, independence, and dignity at home. With experience spanning caregiving, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and school nursing, Patti is a trusted advocate dedicated to delivering the exceptional, relationship-centered care families can count on.

Meg’n combines her CNA training with a passion for supporting both clients and caregivers. She coordinates schedules, fosters clear communication, and helps match each client with the right caregiver. When needed, she also provides hands-on care, ensuring families receive dependable, uninterrupted support. Known for her reliability, compassion, and team-first approach, Meg’n plays an essential role in delivering the exceptional, personalized care HomeWell families trust.
