Management is top notch. They offer an app where you can get real time updates about the care of your LO. Also after the end of their shift you have access to a shift report written by the caregiver. They will run errands, doctors appointments, whatever your LO needs.

We had a wonderful experience working with George and Kyra during the time we needed a little help transitioning mom from rehab back home. HomeWell Care Services provided outstanding, loving care for my mother for the last 15 months until she moved into a memory care facility recently. Carmen, in particular, did a great job helping her with activities of daily living as well as laundry and general cleaning. I never had to worry about my mom when she was in Carmen's care. Highly recommend HomeWell! They are excellent! I have used them for my 94 year old mother for over a year now. I tried several other services before I found them, they are by far the best senior care service in the St. Louis area. HomeWell stands out with their attention to detail, responsiveness and quality of workers.

I could tell you stories of other senior services we hired who showed up late, their car broke down/did not work, etc. Owned by a nice couple, HomeWell does an incredible job. We really like the portal where they will post pictures of your loved one, and especially like Wanda, who is an excellent worker, caring employee and wonderful person. Nice to finally find a trustworthy, reliable service for aging parents. Bravo! 5 Stars!
