Taher Hasan, Co-Owner
Taher Hasan is a seasoned business professional with a robust background in administration, customer service, and training. Like Javeed, he began his career in administrative roles, where his keen organizational skills and ability to manage operations quickly earned him leadership positions. As he transitioned into customer service, Taher discovered a passion for directly engaging with people, excelling in roles that required problem-solving and a focus on client satisfaction. His natural leadership abilities further led him into training and development, where he designed programs that significantly enhanced employee performance.
Taher’s decision to join the home care industry was strongly influenced by witnessing the compassionate care provided to a close family member. This personal experience, combined with his background in professional training and business management, solidified his commitment to start a HomeWell agency with his business partner, Javeed. Together, Taher and Javeed lead a team of trained caregivers dedicated to ensuring a happier, safer home environment for you or your loved ones.

Javeed Ahmed, Co-Owner
Javeed Ahmed brings a unique blend of retail management and administrative expertise to his role as co-owner of HomeWell Care Services. His career began in administration, where he developed a strong foundation in operations and scheduling. Transitioning into the retail industry, Javeed honed his abilities in customer service and team management, learning the importance of delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Despite Javeed’s success in retail, it was a deeply personal experience that ultimately shaped his career trajectory. Caring for a close family member ignited Javeed's passion for helping others and inspired him to enter the home care industry, where he could utilize his business acumen to make a real difference in the lives of those in need through quality in-home care. Today, Javeed, with his business partner, Taher, is committed to fostering an agency that prioritizes the trust and well-being of his clients and caregivers and provides much-needed support to families throughout DuPage County.
