Caitlin grew up in Firestone, CO. She was brought up to work hard for what you want. She is a single mom of a beautiful little 4-year-old girl, Baileigh. Caitlin has played competitive volleyball since high school and many other sports for fun. She received her CNA at the age of 16 then earned her associates degree and CMA at age 21. Caitlin absolutely love this field having worked mainly in dementia and hospice over the years. The one piece of advice she offers to her teammates is to never be afraid to ask for help. Most likely, if you have questions, others do as well.
Sandra started in the Healthcare Industry in 2002 as a CNA. It was at that point that she had realized how much she enjoy taking care of others. Sandra has worked in many health care settings as a CNA and has enjoyed every bit of it. She believes being a caregiver is in one’s heart, it is not just a job. Over a year ago, Sandra made the change to work on the administrative side of caregiving. After so many years of working in the field, her body decided she could no longer work as a CNA. Sandra did not want to leave healthcare, so at that point she became a Care Coordinator, and loves it! She was now in a position in which she can still make a great impact in someone’s life, and make sure that they are receiving the best care from the caregivers!
Jessica Thomas is a Colorado native – born and raised in Fort Collins, CO. She trained as a CNA at AIMS Community College in Greeley, CO in 2013 after her husband was injured in a workplace accident. What started out as a fast way to make money to survive turned into a passion. Jessica has worked in nursing homes, assisted living, and served as a memory care director. Jessica is the HR Specialist and HR Admin Assistant for HomeWell in Loveland, CO. Jessica believes that the best part of caregiving are the lessons and skills you can learn from those who have lived long lives and Jessica has learned how to knit, crochet, and bobbin knit from past clients and is still trying to knit wooly socks. Having a background in caregiving gives Jessica a unique perspective in HR and recruiting – allowing HomeWell to recruit, train and retain the best of the best. In her spare time Jessica can be found hanging out with her husband Grant and their two daughters, Kaylee and Josie. Her hobbies include baking, scrapbooking, and playing Dungeons and Dragons, World of Warcraft, and Magic the Gathering among other nerdy endeavors.
My name is Danae, and I am the Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for the Loveland location. I chose to work for HomeWell because I have a strong background in healthcare, a passion for helping others and enjoy making patients feel the most “at home” they can feel in a healthcare setting. I have been a CNA since 2013 and have experience working in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and with cardiac surgical patients. My hobbies include fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, cooking, and crafting. When I am not doing those things, I like to spend my time with my daughter, friends, and family members.

We all function better when we enjoy life more. For most people, this can be achieved through increased activity, reduced stress, better nutrition and basic companionship. As simple as that observation is, it is at the core of what we do. Our primary objective is to bring more enjoyment to the lives of those who find it increasingly difficult to function well on their own. We remove the burden of stress from both the person needing assistance, as well as those who love and care for them. We help people maintain their dignity and their independence. We protect and care for those who are unable to do so themselves. We help people function better. We help people enjoy life more. We do all of this by working as a team to provide reliable and compassionate in-home care that goes so far beyond typical adult care services.
There are many reasons why someone may need at-home care. Whether recovering from an injury, living with a disability or simply growing older, the familiarity and comfort of continuing to live at home can be tremendously important to emotional wellbeing. With our proactive approach to in-home care, our specially trained team of caregivers and Care Managers advocate for both you and your loved ones in order to provide the highest level of comfort, compassion and care through open communication and personalized care management.
HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:

As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other home health variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. Whether we’re providing senior home care or home health assistance, we know that no two situations are alike.
