As a thriving business broker, Thad Eldredge had a knack for matching entrepreneurs with business opportunities that suited their passions. After three years in this role, however, he realized that the very sense of fulfillment he helped his clients find was missing from his own career. So, he altered his course; feeling inspired and ready for a change, he took over a HomeWell agency in 2022 to start positively impacting his community in Salt Lake City.
Before becoming a broker, Thad owned a medical staffing business for 12 years, helping recruit skilled healthcare professionals nationwide to serve in multiple positions and practices. Today, he pairs his knowledge and previous experience in healthcare with his business prowess to connect homebound individuals with the help and resources they need. He and his team of reliable caregivers are dedicated to helping clients enjoy their independence and have a greater sense of security living at home while providing peace of mind to their families.
The home is where seniors and those in need of care can find comfort and enjoy a better quality of life; that’s where we come in and help them stay at home for as long as possible. We want to lift the burden off families and prove they can trust us to provide exceptional care and attention to their loved ones.

HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:
Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.

As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other home health variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. Whether we’re providing senior home care or home health assistance, we know that no two situations are alike. Our Care Managers strive to select the caregivers who best suit each client’s personality and specific care needs. And because we put a high priority on both safety and quality, all HomeWell caregivers are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have excellent references, and undergo comprehensive competency testing.
