After 30+ years managing healthcare sales teams, Jeff’s passion with helping others led him to the home care industry. When Jeff’s beloved grandmother fell ill and required hiring her own caregiver, who took financial advantage of her, Jeff began investigating and navigating all options of the healthcare system to ensure his own mother and father would not fall victim to the same scam. Jeff’s own parents’ desires and needs allows him to understand every client’s want to be cared for and remain in their own home. Jeff knows that families often face the challenge of caring for a loved one with little warning, which is why Jeff and his HomeWell team want to first, and foremost, be a trusted resource to help families navigate the options that best meet their needs of care. The entire staff at HomeWell Care Services are skilled, compassionate, and committed to providing the best care possible so clients can live life to the fullest, and families have the peace of mind that their loved ones are in capable, trusted hands.

Meredith is a true extrovert who desires to authentically help people through connection. After 20+ years in medical sales, she has a unique ability to ask productive questions and listen to truly understand the needs of individuals. Because of her healthcare background and her prior success in helping patients and customers, she desired to come to home care so she can help families care for their loved ones in the best way that meets all their needs. Meredith continually researches and finds resources easily evidenced by how she has helped her own family as well as other families navigate healthcare options. Because she is heavily involved in her community through volunteer work and networking, she easily connects people and is a great resource to families looking for help in the San Marcos/New Braunfels area. Most of all, Meredith is extremely organized, reliable, and trustworthy so you can rest assured that your loved ones will be taken care of with the same care she would give her own family and friends.

HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:
Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.

As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other home health variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. And because we put a high priority on both safety and quality, all HomeWell caregivers are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have excellent references, and undergo comprehensive competency testing.
