HomeWell Care Services, a leading national non-medical home care provider, has reached a major milestone in its mission to help families nationwide access quality in-home care with the launch of its redesigned website. HomeWellCares.com, officially launched on December 20, is a complete revamp, enhanced to simplify and improve the user experience of its online visitors.   

“Upon visiting our new website, I think families will be pleased to find the answers they need in their search for proper care,” says Mishelle Payne, HomeWell’s Senior Vice President of Marketing. “We’ve also developed numerous resources on the site to help them make more informed decisions about the future of their loved ones.” 

Payne explains that diligent research and years of feedback from HomeWell’s more than 70 franchise agencies helped decide which new features and functions to include on the new website. Elements such as the expansive mega menu, enhanced search functionality and sticky tabs for quick access help visitors quickly find local care and employment opportunities, while also making it easier for visitors to explore the website for helpful insights. 

Finding a Care Provider 

Along with catering to the diverse needs of online visitors, HomeWell also provided each of its agencies with opportunities to customize their websites, capturing how franchise owners and care professionals found home care to be their calling. This collaborative approach ensured an online presence that aligned the distinctive identity and service offerings of its locations with the evolution of the HomeWell brand.  

Each HomeWell franchise owner can share what makes them different from other care providers in their community through team biographies, videos, featured services and more. Additionally, their websites include a live feed of their reviews on Facebook and Google, an interactive map of their service areas, and the ability to highlight local partnerships—all of which help online visitors find the information and resources they need during their search for home care. 

Owners may also include job benefits and employment information for caregivers and support staff looking for career opportunities.  

Educational Resources 

“Education is a cornerstone of the new HomeWellCares.com,” said Payne, HomeWell’s SVP of Marketing. “Most really don’t know what home care is until they need it, so one of our primary goals was to curate content to partner with families to help them navigate their care journey. It is important to us to showcase not only our services and our differentiators as a brand but also how home care is a vital component of the continuum of care, as well as the multiple long-term benefits of seniors enjoying their independence at home for as long as possible.”   

From downloadable Trusted Tips and Guides to the Front Porch Blog and the continued development of other free informational resources on the website, HomeWell fosters learning and sheds light on crucial public health issues, including overcoming the challenges of aging in place.  

In the future, Payne explains that online visitors can expect to find more resources and new content as the HomeWell team continues to learn and provide more information to those navigating their home care search.
