Frank and Cindy Davis opened their HomeWell agency to make a difference in their local community. During a church service, they heard their pastor pose the question “What will be your legacy?” That question really got the couple thinking about how they could combine their work with something meaningful, and they started to look into home care.
Prior to opening their HomeWell Care Services agency, Frank was a sales executive in the wholesale gift industry for 25 years. He led sales organizations to drive revenue. In his last position, he was responsible for the sales of a product that was so deeply connected to a life moment that consumers sent letters to the company with their heartfelt stories. This experience showed Frank how a brand and product could create such a connection with the consumer. In Cindy’s early career, she also worked in the gift industry with a focus on sales and customer care. Once they had kids, Cindy became the caregiver to the kids and the CEO of their house. She worked as a para-educator for a couple of years as well.
They will combine their experiences in sales, raising children and a passion to impact their clients’ lives. Frank will be leading the sales and marketing efforts for the agency and Cindy will assist in the day-to-day operations. They knew home care was the right choice from their own personal experience with home care. Frank and Cindy’s parents live halfway across the United States, and they often plan and discuss how they will handle the distance when the time comes that their parents may need them. By starting a HomeWell, Frank and Cindy want to give back and this is the legacy they want to leave behind.

We all function better when we enjoy life more. For most people, this can be achieved through increased activity, reduced stress, better nutrition and basic companionship. As simple as that observation is, it is at the core of what we do. Our primary objective is to bring more enjoyment to the lives of those who find it increasingly difficult to function well on their own. We remove the burden of stress from both the person needing assistance, as well as those who love and care for them. We help people maintain their dignity and their independence. We protect and care for those who are unable to do so themselves. We help people function better. We help people enjoy life more. We do all of this by working as a team to provide reliable and compassionate in-home care that goes so far beyond typical adult care services.
There are many reasons why someone may need at-home care. Whether recovering from an injury, living with a disability or simply growing older, the familiarity and comfort of continuing to live at home can be tremendously important to emotional wellbeing. With our proactive approach to in-home care, our specially trained team of caregivers and Care Managers advocate for both you and your loved ones in order to provide the highest level of comfort, compassion and care through open communication and personalized care management.
HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:
Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.
As a home care agency founded by a caregiver, we put the utmost importance on providing at-home caregivers who are knowledgeable, kind, patient and trustworthy. We understand the complexities of the aging process and other variables that can affect the physical and emotional demands of each specific case. Whether we’re providing everyday support or specialized care, we tailor our approach to provide the appropriate level of care and attention. Our Care Managers strive to select the caregivers who best suit each client’s personality and specific care needs.
