Dr. Steve Whatley was an in-home caregiver for his father for nearly seven years. During this time, Steve learned how big of an impact a compassionate caregiver can make on one’s life. Prior to opening HomeWell Care Services in Plano, Texas, Steve served two nationally recognized healthcare organizations. He led the organizations through enterprise-wide improvement programs that enhanced the quality of the patient experience and coordination of care.

Before joining HomeWell, Leslie Whatley worked in the consumer goods sector of the service industry for over 35 years. During her career, Leslie held many different responsibilities, ranging from managing employees and operations to marketing. While helping her husband, Steve, provide around-the-clock care to his aging father, Leslie became attuned to the various needs and services one may need while receiving home care. Today, she uses this knowledge to help her dedicated care team provide exceptional care to seniors and their families.
