Shwetha, Owner

As an entrepreneur, Shwetha was on the hunt for an industry that aligned with her passion of serving others. The healthcare industry seemed to fit perfectly, but it was her personal experience of witnessing her grandmother’s need for in-home care that really drew her in. Driven to make a positive impact on others’ lives, Shwetha opened her own HomeWell Care Services in Carrollton, Texas, in 2023.

Today, Shwetha attributes her agency’s success to the inclusive and welcoming environment she created. Here, employees' passion for loving and serving people is fostered, and team members work together to provide exceptional service. All caregivers undergo thorough training programs to help ensure they provide each client with high-quality personal care, homemaker services and companionship.
