Prior to HomeWell, Eli Collier worked in operations at a test preparation company for 17 years. Today, she is in charge of staffing and overseeing her and John's agency’s recruiting team and care managers. She understands the importance of consistency of care, so she works diligently to schedule familiar faces for clients who have grown comfortable with certain caregivers.

John and Eli's caregivers are carefully screened and trained to assist with a continuum of needs, including personal care, homemaker services and companionship. John and Eli Collier opened HomeWell Care Services in Hendersonville, Tennessee, to help seniors and those with disabilities function more independently and experience a fuller life at home—wherever that may be. The Colliers believe that the best healing occurs when clients are mentally and emotionally comfortable and their families have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands.

John Collier’s role focuses on marketing and other business development tasks, such as generating new referrals and meeting with families. He loves getting to know his clients, watching them develop better connections with their caregivers, and providing them with the services they need to age gracefully. Prior to HomeWell, John was a professional baseball player before entering the healthcare industry, where he worked for nearly 25 years. However, John wanted to leave corporate America and build a business with his wife, Eli. HomeWell allowed him to do just that, and he now prides himself on helping clients remain safe, happy and healthy in their own homes.
