Melanie Chalumeau, Owner
After a meaningful 20-year career in education, Melanie Chalumeau is bringing her passion for service and leadership to the home care industry. Throughout her career, she held several leadership roles, including assistant principal, collegiate track and field coach, dean of students, and school counselor, where she worked closely with many families during important and often challenging moments in their lives.
With a background in human services and counseling, Melanie also developed an appreciation for the importance of compassionate, relationship-centered support. These values naturally led her to the field of home care and have profoundly shaped her commitment to supporting individuals and local families in need of assistance.
Today, Melanie balances family life with her passion for cultivating connections within the community that continue to inspire her work every day. At HomeWell, she is dedicated to helping older adults and those with disabilities live with greater dignity, comfort, and quality of life at home while reassuring their families that their loved ones are in safe hands.
