Tim Spaulding, Owner
Tim Spaulding understands the frustrations and fears families face when their aging loved ones struggle to maintain their independence, especially those who live far away. Tim’s grandmother-in-law lived alone after her husband passed away. Despite having a caregiver, she became lonely and forgot to eat or take her medication. All the while, Tim and his wife across the country grew more frustrated as they could not physically care for her themselves. This personal experience with home care inspired them to open a home care agency that would take the time to learn the client’s needs and provide compassionate care with each visit. So when Tim found that HomeWell shared the same values as he did, he jumped at the opportunity to open his own agency.
Today, Tim prioritizes educating, assisting, and guiding his clients through their long-term care options. His team of hand-selected and compassionate caregivers are meticulously trained to provide optimal personal care, homemaker services and companionship, and each client receives an in-home assessment and personalized care plan.
