Growing up in northwest Oklahoma, Kimberly Beam was raised in a family rooted in faith, cattle, farming, and custom harvesting. From an early age, she learned the importance of hard work, perseverance, and kindness—values that continue to guide her. Serving others, whether assisting farmers, ranchers, or loved ones, has always been of utmost importance in her life.

After a fulfilling 30-year career in agriculture, Kimberly returned home to be closer to her mom. Guided by her faith and a deep compassion for others, she recognized a need in rural communities and felt called to join the home care industry. Today, she leads with a servant’s heart, carrying forward HomeWell’s commitment to trusted care and true compassion through honesty, integrity, and kindness to every family she serves.
