Hugh Reeves Jr., M.D., is an accomplished Board-Certified Urologist with ECU Health Urology and Affiliate Professor of Surgery at ECU Brody School of Medicine, practicing medicine for over 20 years. His wife, Blair, holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from UNC and worked as an internal healthcare consultant for several years before becoming a realtor and later opening a successful real estate management company. With their combined experience in healthcare and business management, the husband-and-wife team was drawn to the HomeWell franchise and opened their agency in Greenville, North Carolina, in December 2023.

The Reeves have a unique connection to the industry after witnessing firsthand the importance of home care when Blair’s parents became homebound and needed everyday support. While serving to source, coordinate, and manage caregivers, they realized a clear need in the continuum of care in their community, which later led them to HomeWell. Today, they enjoy fostering their passion for serving seniors and local families by helping them navigate the challenges of aging in place through exceptional in-home care services.
