Darlene Bourne, Owner
Darlene Bourne is a passionate caretaker, devoted mom, and proud grandmother. Professionally, she has dedicated more than 20 years working multiple roles at the University of Michigan. From there, Darlene transitioned into the home care industry—a decision deeply influenced by the sudden loss of her father after he sustained injuries from an accidental fall. This experience ultimately ignited her passion for helping others regain their independence and maintain their safety at home. Today, Darlene’s unique perspective on family caregiving combined with her professional experience drives her to ensure that every client is treated with the same compassion that she would give her own family.
Darlene brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart of service to her role at HomeWell and is committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to families across her community.
