Mark and Lisa Fratto know the struggles family caregivers face daily. Having provided care for Mark’s aging grandmother and later his father after being diagnosed with cancer, this husband-and-wife duo saw firsthand the role of respite and additional support at home in helping families avoid burnout and stay connected with their loved ones. Driven to make a difference in their community, Mark and Lisa opened their own HomeWell Care Services in Beverly Farms, Massachusetts.

Before HomeWell, Mark owned a construction company, giving him a unique understanding of what a home can mean to a family. He also worked as a general manager for another home care provider. During those four years, he developed a strong reputation and referral network in the home care industry. By pairing his professional knowledge with his personal home care experiences, Mark has created a culture at HomeWell that cultivates compassion, empathy and reliable expertise.

For over 30 years, Lisa has been nurturing and serving others as a registered nurse. Today, she continues to use her education and hands-on healthcare experience at HomeWell. She collaborates with a team of knowledgeable caregivers to help ensure all clients—regardless of their disabilities, restrictions or age—receive high-quality home care services.
