Michelle Schofield, CNA
Director of Care Coordination
With a decade of experience in the senior care industry, Michelle has held a variety of roles, including sales, hands-on caregiving, client care management, and care coordination. She also maintains an active CNA license. Michelle is deeply passionate about empowering aging adults to age in place with dignity. Her mission is to advocate for seniors and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being as they continue to live in the comfort of their own homes.
A native of Indianapolis, Michelle has lived in Fishers for the past 20 years. She earned her degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent three years teaching second grade. After starting her own family, Michelle transitioned into entrepreneurship, opening and operating a successful childcare and preschool business for 15 years before shifting her focus to senior care.
Michelle has been happily married to her husband, Steve, for 25 years, and together they have three wonderful children. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys watching her equestrian daughter compete as a Hunter & Jumper, hiking with her family and two dogs, traveling, attending live music events, reading, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
