A registered nurse since August 2014, Yuhura’s passion for nursing is rooted in building meaningful relationships and helping individuals feel safe and supported in their own homes. Known for her calm presence and thoughtful leadership, she enjoys educating and empowering caregivers while serving as a trusted resource for community partners and care teams.

Jennifer Folger

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Jen oversees day-to-day office operations and serves as a key liaison to both clients and caregivers. Jen brings a strong background in caregiving, office administration, real estate, and the founding and operation of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization. Her organized, compassionate approach helps ensure clear communication, smooth coordination, and a supportive experience for everyone involved.

Operations Coordinator

Autumn supports day-to-day operations across staffing coordination, caregiver recruiting, marketing initiatives, and client intake. She plays a key role in ensuring families are matched with dependable caregivers and that the agency delivers reliable, high-quality support. As Operations Coordinator, Autumn is committed to creating smooth experiences for both clients and staff while helping extend independence and quality of life at home.
