Our story
George Thomas II, MA, CDP, Owner
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and human resources, George Thomas has built his career around supporting teams and ensuring compassionate care. Having specialized in benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and privacy, he understands what it takes to create a skilled and dedicated workforce. His expertise in managing people and operations led him to earn a master’s degree in human resource management, further strengthening his ability to lead with empathy and efficiency. George is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and is passionate about learning and sharing all he can about dementia-related conditions.
When George started having conversations with his aging mother about what it means to age comfortably and peacefully, he realized the need for quality in-home care in his community. Through his search for a solution, George found HomeWell, marking the beginning of his transition into the home care industry. Today, he views his role at HomeWell as an opportunity to put his knowledge and expertise into action while supporting local families as though they’re his own.

Having worked as a caregiver for more than 28 years, Anthony Gray understands the needs and expectations of both those who need support and the caregivers who look after them. Whether it’s adjusting care plans to meet the ever-changing needs of his clients or creating innovative solutions to support his network of fellow caregivers, Anthony is here to help every member of his HomeWell community thrive. His firsthand experience allows him to connect with families on a deeper level, offering guidance and reassurance during life’s most challenging transitions.

Working alongside his friend and business partner, George Thomas, the two have built a team of dedicated care professionals and an agency that serves as a trusted lifeline for local families.
