Michael & Renee Martin, Owners
Watching their parents and grandparents deal with health issues and hospitalizations over the years, Mike and Renee experienced firsthand the positive impact that returning home can have on the spirit and well-being of an individual. “Our parents and grandparents were most comfortable in their own homes, where they felt safe and close to the things they love. Aging at home with dignity is something that we have witnessed firsthand; helping the members of our community remain in their homes, independent and involved with friends and family, is the happiness that we seek to provide for every family.” This servant leadership is what inspired them to open their HomeWell agency, serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties.
Born and raised in Florida, Mike attended the United States Coast Guard Academy and studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Following a successful career as a Commissioned Officer in the Coast Guard, Mike worked in executive leadership positions within Corporate America. Renee hails from Gulfport, Mississippi, attended Mississippi State University, and studied Marketing. Deciding to become a career wife and mom, she sacrificed her professional career to chair the PTA and be a full-time sports/classroom mom. Together, Renee and Mike have raised two beautiful adult daughters.
