Karin began her career in conference services, coordinating large events and building strong customer service and scheduling skills. She later worked with an apartment-focused media solutions company, gaining experience in advertising solutions and operational excellence. Karin has always had a heart for serving seniors, and that passion shows in her work every day. She has been a valued full-time member of the HomeWell team since May 2022.

Donna is an experienced nurse and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience. She has successfully partnered with physicians and hospital leaders to improve medical management and quality outcomes through collaboration. Her strengths in case management, population health, and wellness programs support her work in client assessments, care planning, and caregiver training. Donna has been a valued member of the HomeWell team since May 2022.
