Our story
Will Childers, Owner
Former Marine and family caregiver Will Childers understands that time is precious and everyone deserves to spend as much of it in the places they feel most at home. Childers first gained interest in the home care industry while caring for his mother and other family members who lived with physical disabilities, memory impairment, stroke, cancer and other health challenges. In 2015, he started working for another home care provider, where he learned more about the various services available to seniors and other disabled adults who needed assistance at home.
Just a few years later, Childers joined HomeWell’s franchise system and opened his own agency, which has since grown at an unprecedented rate due to his mindset and passion for helping others. What Childers is most proud of, however, is that he gets to run his business while helping those who are unable to help themselves.
HomeWell caregivers are properly trained to assist with a variety of needs, including personal care services, homemaker services, and companionship. All clients receive a comprehensive, in-home care assessment, which helps determine what services may be needed to help them live more independently.
