Our story
Raj Chatterjee, Owner
Rajarshi, also known as Raj, draws his passion for home care from his mother, who has navigated the challenges of Parkinson’s disease while remaining dedicated to senior care. Inspired by her resilience and empathy, Raj frequently volunteers at his local senior center and with Meals on Wheels. Through these experiences, he felt compelled to take a more active role in supporting others by starting his own HomeWell agency.
Raj’s professional experience includes leadership roles in client relationship management and business development. Throughout his career, he developed his skills in relationship-building and fostering team growth. He learned the importance of creating supportive environments for clients and his team and the essential role of continuous learning and professional development—a mindset he brings to his role as a HomeWell owner.
Today, Raj envisions his agency as a beacon of support, innovation, and compassion, dedicated to helping seniors age with dignity and confidence. Equally important is his commitment to fostering a supportive culture for the caregivers, helping them develop their careers while improving the quality of care they offer to seniors.
