They were wonderful! From the first intake interview when they came in to the home...to the in home care .. all the way to the end. Everyone was caring and very comfortable to be around. I thought it would be awkward having strangers coming into the home but everyone was so caring and easy to get along with that it wasn't a issue at all. It was such a relief to know that our loved one was being well taken care of when we could not be there ourselves.. very caring and professional even with someone that was not always easy to care for. They were there to help any way they could. It was a comfort to know there was someone there for him . He was scared to be alone and they put his mind at ease making his final days way more comfortable....even after they called me to see how I was holding up. I would definitely use their service again or highly recommend to anyone looking for in home care. Five stars all the way!. To all the people that came over and looked after him .I can't thank you enough!

Everyone is nice and respectful. They are great with communication and you expressing any concerns or questions. You are heard and listen to. I love that they work with the schedule that you have in both ways with the patients and workers. Needs are adapted to each person and situation. It's been great.

My father has dementia that took over fast and it was a lot to take on at first. While looking for some help a few hours a week I never really found a place I felt comfortable with until HomeWell. I had three other company’s come that week. From the first initial intake visit HomeWell has been amazing. First care service to actually engage with my father, and ask many questions about him not just put a contract in-front of me and ask to sign up. My father’s care taker is amazing. She is very patient, professional, knows how to talk to him, reads to him and helps out in many other ways. She communicates constantly with me on things she sees or ways we can better my father care and mental state. She has made this care taking transition so much easier. I would recommend HomeWell to anyone looking for extra help with their elderly parents. They have been nothing but amazing and I can’t thank the enough!
