Our story

Patricia King, Owner

As the Owner of HomeWell Care Services in Phoenix, Patricia King leads with compassion, purpose, and a deep understanding of the difference quality care can make in a person's life. Her vision is to build lasting relationships founded on trust, compassion, and exceptional service.

Before entering the home care industry, Patricia built a successful career as an engineer, serving in a variety of leadership roles within a major multinational oil and gas organization for over two decades. This laid the foundation for building a home care agency centered on excellence, accountability, and genuine compassion.

Her path to home care became deeply personal when she experienced a serious illness that required around-the-clock support. This gave her a firsthand understanding of the vulnerability clients often face, as well as the physical and emotional demands placed on family caregivers, thus inspiring her to create a better solution for families navigating similar challenges.

For Patricia, one of the most rewarding aspects of her work is witnessing the transformation that quality care brings to her clients' lives. She believes every client deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, and she takes great pride in leading a team that shares those same values.

Office Manager

Erin believes exceptional care starts behind the scenes, where streamlined operations, education, teamwork, and community engagement come together. Her organizational mindset and collaborative leadership help foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and compassion throughout the agency.

Erin believes that informed clients, empowered caregivers, and well-supported employees create stronger outcomes for everyone. One of her greatest passions is educating veterans and their families about veteran-specific benefits.
