Like many families HomeWell serves, Patrick Indovina understands the challenges of caring for a loved one. Years ago, he helped his parents care for his elderly uncle with Alzheimer’s disease. He ran errands, joined him on walks, and took him out on fun outings. At the time, he didn’t think of himself as a caregiver; he was simply a nephew who cared deeply for his uncle.

Since joining the workforce, Indovina has worn many hats and served in various leadership roles. He’s worked in sales, traded stocks, owned two restaurants, and ran two Shopify stores. However, it wasn’t until he looked back at his time with his uncle that Indovina realized he missed the satisfaction of helping someone in need. When he discovered HomeWell, he knew home care was his new calling and opened his agency to serve families in his community.

By leveraging his personal caregiving experiences and entrepreneurial background, Indovina inspires his trained caregivers to provide superior service through personalized care. He and his compassionate team go above and beyond to ensure every client receives the support they need to experience a better quality of life and a more meaningful, enjoyable experience at home.
